Ideal for questions regarding goals and how to approach them. Nutrition, workouts, and psychology are common subjects covered, but the flow of conversation is ultimately dictated by you. Please come prepared with current weigh ins, photos, dieting/lifting history, and topics of discussion. A notepad is encouraged for your future reference.

Coaching ApplicationRates for full access coaching are dependent upon the needs of the client and how long the client signs on. Based on demand, rates are subject to change, but will not change for the individual after signing.

The best way to describe full access coaching is that I am in your pocket. Any issues and we will resolve them on the spot. As such, it is much more costly than my other services.

Coaching ApplicationShow prep is not the same as lifestyle coaching. This is only for people who have a specific purpose behind their extreme fat loss. Either for photoshoot purposes or to step on stage. If you are attempting this as a lifestyle goal, it is unwise and unhealthy to do so.
If you choose this option, understand this will be an extreme mental/physical challenge. If you are up for it, you will be in the condition you need by show time.
